CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. Many workouts feature variations of squats, push-ups, and weightlifting that last for predetermined amounts of time to help build muscles.

HiitFit

HiitFit is high intensity interval training alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods. HIIT involves exercises that use body weight, dumbbells, kettle bells, slam balls etc. HiitFit has been an effective exercise to aid with fat loss.

Personal Training

Personal training is one on one training with one of our experienced trainers. The trainer will put together your own personal programming that is tailored to your personal fitness goals.
